Massachusetts
State Representative Emile Goguen
(D-Fitchburg), who is sponsoring a “Bill of Address”
Resolution aimed at removing the activist judges who forced the
unconstitutional edict without the necessary constitutional legislative
vote. If successful, all existing marriages could be nullified. Goguen
explains that a simple majority vote is all that is needed to remove
the renegade judges, if it gets through the Joint Rules Committee and
the Joint Judiciary Committee.
